The greater blessing the lesser does not mean a person cannot bless a pastor or prophet. Semantics. It's not quite right. The Bible, especially the psalms, is full of humans blessing God e.g. "Bless The LORD oh my soul and all that is within me, bless His Holy name". Psalm 103.
