This is what paul mcbeth was told to do early in his career. Also there is a next step after the picket drill that helps the actual muscle memory to keep that arm in that was posted recently. It is to pinch a disc between you hand and hip durong the throw. Dont hold it but just press it against your hip as you throw.

That’s so cool that Mcbeast was told to do that in his career early on! That drill sounds challenging and helpful, I’m going to try that out today! Thank you for letting me know about it 🥏💪🏻

That is very helpful...always had a mind set that I was off balance...This drill, even inside my home immediately felt natural...Now to try it.

Can you make a video about leading with your hips? I mean you should have a positive tilt in your run up, your right hip should be more up than left, you have eny drills on this? :D im struggling with this 😂

Haha, I can definitely make a video on that in the future! Keeping your hips in position to be able to create more power is important! 😂 For now I would say focus on keeping your weight neutral in your walk up, this should help somewhat with hip position!

Weight neutral, toes forward in walkup now swish or point your butt towards the target! Sounds weird but your hips will follow.
