Really good points. What I keep coming back to in my thoughts is "just stay present. Just come back to here, stay here." I'm starting a new job and of course there are apprehensions, and I keep coming back to "then don't *bring* negative energy by sitting over here worrying about it" you know? I've been undoing so many mental routines the last couple years. We hold the keys to our own prisons, in so many ways. But finding, making, using, understanding those keys does take work. We were taught that spirituality is about following impossible rules and living through limiting ourselves in so many areas. I called Christianity, "the can't do religion" meaning you can't do this and you can't do that. This is why I really show it is about expanding and do so in ways that are absolutely fascinating!
