The story goes that when they first recorded this song, the producers had Anita cut it first, and that she was VERY disappointed that she ultimately didn't get to sing it. According to Ruth, Anita wanted this song badly, but it went to June.

Keep in mind, also, that June was the lead on this song, so we’re used to hearing that version. Having said that, I love hearing Anita’s voice. She rocked it!!!
