I feel like not enough people talk about the fact that Ogerpon canonically has a body count. Granted, it was in self-defense (or *maybe* revenge?) and all three of those bodies came back to life for yet-unknown reasons (probably related to the Terastal phenomenon based on some clues), but still.

It's actually pretty tricky to work out the odds of two shiny Pokemon being loaded at the same time. You need to factor in the number of Pokemon that are loaded at once, which of course is neither constant nor something that can be accurately described by a probability distribution (since it's not really random and depends on a number of factors). 1/512² is a good enough approximation since it gets the general point across.
