Nothing achieving, Dead End Job, Land Lord, Fall out, Clowns Revenge (Never released, only performed live a few times and there are only four recordings of it.) and Next to you. There's also Truth Hits Everybody and Visions Of The Night, but those are a bit more soft.

For those who would like to know, Henri is only playing the solo, Stewart is playing the rest of the guitars. Ian and Stewart Copeland wrote the song. Most of the punk “gods” of the era could not play shit in any instrument; The Police shared tour buses with other bands, like XTC or The Clash, and it was well known that Sting, during those trips, used tippex to mark the positions of the fingers on the frets of the basses of other “musicians” like Paul Simonon…

I say this rocks, as does the flip side (in it's own way). Fairly intense, definitely energizing. Love it!

Even Henry admitted he was out of his league in this band. He was a quintessential punk guitarist but the Police's sound evolved very quickly into much more complicated material and Andy was the perfect fit. They did do 1 show or maybe 2 as a 4 piece with both Henry & Andy playing guitar.

Haha yes, but Henry stood in the back while Andy took the show. Deserved though. Andy is much better and I'm happy he replaced Henry

Absolutely, there's nothing Henry could have do to nail "Message in a bottle", probably (among many others). Perhaps he could have played on "Truth hits everybody", or more punk oriente stuff,

Padovani sounds like a good guitarist, the real issue for him was that Andy Summers was from a different league. Very few players could compete with him and none could make Police as we know them

I've only just heard these first two Police singles now (bought the first album as soon as it came out). That Italian guitarist is really good. Solid punk rhythm. Perfectly placed fills and full-on, rhythmically perfect, mini solos.
