So how did the Google street view car manage to drive in and back out of the property, if it's genuinely a private road? Is this a mistake by google's legal department, given that they don't usually enter onto private roads, or am i wrong here? Furthermore, only the land owner or their athorised agent can trespass you from private land by first asking you to leave and then giving you an opportunity to leave. In this case, nobody introduced themselves or even claimed to have any authority as the authorised agent of the land owner, to be able to legally ask you to leave. So how are you suppossed to know that they have the legal authority to tell you to leave the property and that they are not just hotel guests or staff members that have no authority to ask you to leave the property? In any case, they have no authority to demand that you stop filming whilst you are leaving, any more than they do to ask or demand that you stop looking or that you stop breathing, whilst you leave the property. In fact, only a judge or magistrate can legally order for the footage to be deleted. The police have no legal power to do so. Hence, her claims that the police would delete the footage either revealled her incompetence or her deliberately intimidating and bullying behaviour. The 6 men, along with her, suggest that it was the latter. I note, however, that once you pointed out their bullying tactics of having seven people apraoch you at once, and pointed out to them that they were causing you fear alarm and distress due to 7 people surrounding you, they immediately back off and left! Well done. As a final note, the chap that next came up to question you once you had retreated to the public highway, also did not introduce himself, and I personally would not have been so accommodating to his interogation of you, as you were. But fair play to you, it may well have been that you found him to be intimidating, and for that reason, you submissively answered all his questions that he demanded from you, without first finding out who he was and what authority he claimed to have to interrogate you in this way! I would have refused to speak to him until he first introduced himself with official ID or else I would have told him that your business was literally none of his business and he should mind his own businesses and to back off as he was causing you fear, alarm and distress, given how he aggressively marched right up to you and given how close he was to you at that time, without first introducing himself as he approached you. This was very unprofessional of him to say the least, not to mention dangerous!

When I saw the name "Herts" I thought to myself "Is this chap from Hertfordshire?". Looks like it 😆 My wife and I were born and bred in St.Albans, lived there all our lives until a few years ago we got so pissed off with the filthy city and it's shite roads we decided to move. I had retired and we came to Southsea on Portsea Island (Portsmouth). We do travel back up there regularly because of family and friends but wouldn't want to go back permanently. We love it here, so very peaceful, by the sea and even the coppers here are lovely. We will be back Christmas day though and will be spending it with my wife's parents who live on Marshalswick Drive. They are so very posh and don't like me much because I hail from Fleetville 🤣 Onto the video, Sopwell House right on the skirts of the massive council estate Cottonmill. Nice ! 😜

😆 What a bunch of thugs and twats. This is another reason we left. Not primarily, but it became so damn snobbish thanks to the Thameslink into London. Also, My wife and I have stayed there a few times in the past when we popped up for more than a day and we were allowed to take photo's. Wont go back now if "NOT ALLOWED". How ridiculous. We also stayed at "The Noke" but that has closed down lol. Just like Sopwell, a nice building on the outside, but behind the scenes a concrete extension of cheap crap rooms with no electric sockets. Dressing table one side of the room, single electric socket on the other side. Terrible, and now they wont even let you take photos of your stay, no wonder, it's shit. They have twats in suits stay for conferences that all get wankered at the end of the day and don't notice how fucking terrible their rooms are 🤦‍♂😆 Been there and done it !

Might i recommend davinci resolve for editing, it may look intimidating but you only need to use the cutting and editing tab, theres no watermark, its free, and is industry standard.
