It started first as a cry for help from one confessor who posted written confessions on our page. The more she revealed, the more sinister the story got as it all pointed back to the one person we trust most in our lives - our mothers.

Always see a long black hair, white dress walking around the room, turning on/off lights and water faucets. Creepy shit. Long story short one time i manage to brake out of the paralysis and quickly grab a chair next to my sofa where i slept and smash her in the back as hard as i could After that, no more sleep paralysis XD

And how can you expect her to keep anything from something you really dislike. I'm a Malay, some of us would fight back at ghost. I know because I'm one of them, who would fight, in many of my ghost experience before, my mother had done the same when some of her family member got possessed. Mother actually interrogated and lectured the ghost. The ghost seems really afraid and really miserable with my mother interrogation. In Islam we are not allowed to be afraid to other being other than God, we also believe human is best God creation and ghost are just a Jin trying to mess and play around with us, that is why we need to lecture them. even though we fight, it's not that we don't have any concerns. But we would just have to fight back with full faith in God. I do believe that our faith in God is what is give the strength.

Pontianak is common in my country especially in the rural areas. That's why people won't look up the trees and walk near the trees at night. Pregnant women always bring a nail or scissors with them coz it's known that Pontianak loves to follow them and took their babies. The most effective way for her to get rid of these things is to pray according to her belief if she wanna have peaceful life. Even if one day she finds a good master she still need to pray and ask for protection. I can see she's a brave woman but these things will continue to haunt her and bring bad luck to her career and relationship.

She is brave and fierce. Hence, even spirits fear her. I do believe that spirits only feed on people's fear. The more one is afraid, the more they visit you. I've had an experience myself, cursing at an entity I believe was a female spirit; visited me one night trying to disturb my sleep. I could feel her draining energy off my body and trying to put me into a dream state with her. I tried very hard to stay awake, and finally, manage to kick her off. I woke up, started cursing (though I can't see her), and told her I will fight her even if I'm dead. I have not had any more such experience from then on, although I could sense her presence sometimes (floral scent).

Sure, there's way to completely eliminate those harmful sprites but who can do that with absolute righteousness. Haha just read one person comment, he lived in a religious male boarding school. One time got pontianak sighting, they organized a flashmob amd started chasing the pontianak, some carrying sticks. The pontianak flew away to the trees with tail tucked between. Was funny tbh😆 I think for local types of ghosts they can be caught off guard while in material form. I read some accounts of people brawling with ghosts. After the ghost go through initial shock of being grabbed, then they run and fade away.

One night i watched tv and abit half conscious suddenly a white cloth came in from the window infront of me and form exactly like my wife was praying. My both kids was at 4 to 6 yrs then. We were standing and kpo watched from window and suddenly my dotter told us there was a lady sitting on the tree branch. Spiritual beings, as pretty much everything in this universe, is made up of energy, but for these entities they are without a tangible form. Each culture sees the entities based on their belief system. It is a way for the mind to make sense of things and of fear. For example, in an Ang Mo country, the “pontianak”might come in the form of a crying phantom lady. Something that they would understand and be fearful of. Does it make sense somewhat?

My thoughts are similar to yours too. I think according to the Bible's interpretation, all these apparitions are the disguise of evil spirits, controlled by Satan, who roam the earth. I am a born-again Pentecostal Christian. I have a "low-level" third eye which allows me to encounter evil spirits like Pontianak. A total of two times in dreams (excluding wet/sex dreams in the form of succubus) and one time in my house. My weapon of choice is praying/speaking in tongues, it works.
