The Port of Civitavecchia, Italy - 4th August, 2010

Footage filmed from the harbourside and from the Thomson Destiny cruise ship as it is both static in port, and then departing the port towards the setting sun. Includes footage of other cruise ships including Grand Holiday, Norwegian Jade and Neuw Amsterdam as well as a variety of ferries and freight vessels.

If your american or a backpacker watch out. We arrived at the port early and sat there for a awhile. After about an hour two men in street clothes came up to us asking for our passports. They brought me into one of the rooms and searched my carry on bag. After they let me go they had a guy sit there and watch me for an hour for no reason. Even before we arrived at the port people were staring at us because we were backpackers. Horrible place
