For someone with no commercial experience this is actually a pretty good portfolio. The 2030 Dodge design is actually quite strong, surfacing is competent and apart some details being a bit underdeveloped it's really not bad at all. Well balanced design and I particularly like the design of rear of the car, nice to see some renders of things other than cars in there too. I can see why they hired you.

I think a lot of it is the idea that 'cars are for men' is pervasive in our culture. So many young girls do not consider the automotive field as a career opportunity. Things are slowly getting more diverse with the younger generations joining the work force.

A combination; some are pen/pencil sketches that were scanned into the computer and some were done directly in photoshop.

I would begin by finding open positions through the company’s website and following their system for submitting a resume or portfolio. Keep an eye on their job postings or follow their social media where they may post jobs and don’t give up! Sometimes it takes many try’s to get through the door!

I must say that unfortunately I am only 15 years old and I cannot be hired by companies, but in any case, Rivian company told me to look for a job position and send a resume, but I also told them that I am young. ..Do you think it is possible for me to cooperate with companies through remote work or for them to buy my designs from me?
