There isn't much elite enemy sheep(except for that volcano looking ahh) present so i think it makes sense for a strong air enemy

I used Mumu and her water clones by making them copy Exusiai and putting them on low-ground terrain. Everytime a new water clone is created because of the ranged clone ability, it counts as the latest low-ground unit deployed, so Dolly fires the FireRay of Vertical Destruction on it, keeping my squad safe. It still took me 11 Operators to pull it off and kill Dolly before the 29th enemy spawns, so I feel a bit dumb watching people clearing the stage with less. But then again, it was the only way to keep the Autorun from failing everytime, so heh. I'll call myself satisfied with that. Tacticians are the best.

I used to think Tacticians having more potential due to the same attack speed and range as AA, even though a much smaller base damage, not sure anymore uhh

Most of them are strictly weaker for anti-airing/raw DPS, since only Muelsyse's summon can hit air. A Tactician's advantage lies in their summon being able to block and hold a lane. Blacknight works well here despite all the fliers because breaking Dolly's shield is about hit count, not damage.
