So question that I’ve always wanted to ask, is what’s the difference between the role of the Musical Director, the Producer, and the Worship Leader???

The worship leader - Leads the congregation Musical Director - Leads the band Producer - Leads the worship leader, musical director, Media Team, Lighting team, Engineers & Coordinates the entire service.

this angle is perfect just switch guitar angle a bit so you can get rid of the glare or move it to the drummer

Definitely seemed like it. They were tight with them changes 😂. There ain't enough rehearsals in the world to be that spot on every time lol

@@jhenrymusic1 Its cool. Your reasons are understood. But I have a bit of reservation on how it is being used here though. Seems like there's a worship leader and there's a worship boss. 😂 My excuse for them would be that they have to follow the sequence of the loop, that's why the worship leader has to be directed.

@@samueleshiet262 it’s a team effort. We all have learned to be extremely flexible, and sensitive. Those skill sets tend to help us gel better throughout the worship set. There are moments when Pastor Chris knows to turn the leadership role over. And vice versa
