Naruto has a Charkra cannon that can blow up the moon. The Ninja tools from Boruto, that only reflection hacks or higher power level can defeat. So pretty sure they win in technology too.

I mean all that doesn't really matter when you have characters that can bombard multiple time-spaces atleast the sizes of Solar System and characters that can match the power of the aforementioned characters. Beasts that are considered natural disasters, even at their weakest being able to decimate mountains, low tier fighters that just scale over the likes of Marines, even the ones that master Haki and the 5 powers and even devil fruits only imitate techniques like chakra manipulation, body flicker, taijutsu, kenjutsu etc etc. And idk how "technology" is even a means of scalling, but from what i can remember, you can use paper bombs, kunai/shuriken, enhances swords etc than just basic gun and sword fighting and then you have few dozen fodder shinobi with a chakra canon capable of destroying the moon itself.

Bro I am a diehard one piece fan but let’s be fr, Naruto has more powerful characters. OP isn’t done, but kaguya legit was controlling and moving between different dimensions against team 7. Imu destroyed a country with some sort of weapon. The gap between those two levels is wide.

That doesn't close the gap.. naruto still can't survive ryou haki attacks.. he still cqn never possibly adapt to observation haki and therefore he will never keep up Tso are useless against luffy and fast observation haki user can attack naruto before he start his action Narutos body is too soft and fragile thats why he cant keep up with strong haki users who are multiple times harder than steel plus the invisible ryou aura kaido and big mom have been using.. Kaido tanked kong gatling with that without any scratches And luffy has that aura on top of his armament haki and the capability of god nikas body Luffy is already more resistant than anyone in naruto verse but his godly devil power makes him as flexible as a toon character on top of that Luffy one shots while naruto cant damage him or adapt to luffys future sight...

So your talkin about shanks, luffy and a select other few in the show. But when you look at Naruto some of its strongest characters have same feats which are sage art jutsu. And there’s no way your telling me that observation haki is superior to Sharingan, byakugan, rinnegan, jougan, kokugan or any other visual Justu in the show. Armament haki is no different from chakra control or sage jutsu mastery. And the six powers techniques are not as powerful as inner gates. The power scaling in both shows are very close and somewhat. similar but the power system is more idealistic in naruto and the feats are different as well.

Moon for naruto isnt as big of a deal when you have characters who can create and destroy moons easily, with the added fact that average ninjas were going to destroy the moon as well. all that gets diminished by the fact that Kaguyas truth seeker orbs was going to destroy (i think all) her time-space dimension

I don't think that makes her universal; her attack was very clearly a snowball effect, but the energy needed to expand it at that rate, like making her planetary, at least in that instance, i think was a bit of a high ball, but I also think the same for moon-small planet one piece

I didnt even talk about kaguya being universal, but she just clearly scales way above planetary. Kaguya requires the energy to be able to take down her dimensions. Kurama alone has been consistently compared to have planet shattering power on multiple instances, raw chakra of the juubi was compared to the planet
