Layups NEVER felt satisfying in any other 2k. But this year, it’s so fun. Finally can make a taller Kyrie type build. Maybe a Kyrie and Luka hybrid. So many NEW and great layup badges this year, and they all work wonders. Even floaters are SEXY this year, and finally works if you can master the layup timing.

Looked this up to see if anyone else was rocking the layups this year. I sacrificed all of my shooting and dunking for close shot, layup, and ball handle plus I’m a lock. You can score with ease

I got a 84 lay up on my 6’5 2 way sharp. Definitely is dope and recommended, I green 80% if my lay ups and floaters. I use Westbrook too, all the animations are easy to time.

If u make a layup build learn how to use rigut stick shooting the combis into a what ever layup u want instead of random animation is better, u choose to keep the ball away from the defender or jelly away from them. Pure Uncle drew highlights i promise

i gotan 87 driving layup, ive used d fox but theres one euro animation that made me go away from it. ive been using j brown, i believe you only need like a 77 or somethin and its rlly solid, bron may be good for contact, but lillard is also rlly good

Dude ive been running 85 layup on my Luka build and i dont feel like it could be much better. If you keep Scooper, Float Game, Pro Touch, Two-Step, and Bunny on gold or higher, you can EASILY green the most insane shit. I hit 2 floaters in theater this morning that were 100% smothered. People were complaining.

Why do all these content creators say something is overpowered just because they are actually usable things other than dunking. I’m glad layups are an actual viable option. Yeah they’ve nuked driving dunk into oblivion tho. Meter dunks are terrible, and driving dunk is expensive. I spammed that shit last year but now I’m going 55 driving dunk just for that Klay package.
