I completely agree about the FT2 ranked. It's such horseshit that you only get a maximum of 3 games against another person. I often don't feel good winning OR losing because I feel that I barely got to know my opponent at all by the time the set's over.

yo lotus as far as dropping combos and not being able to block after for some reason it seems to me you're in recovery the whole time till you get to the ground and added whatever amount of time of whiff recovery of the button you pushed in the combo and missed. So most of the time you just can't block it seems usually when you miss a button as you know it has it's whiff recovery and what not but for whatever reason again when in a combo and dropping the game seems to add more recovery time for like no reason hope this helped keep up the good content my guy :)

Lets say, metaphorically, he did do post commentary. Could someone explain to me why post commentary is bad? Because people say so? Edit: this channel can be boiled down to two things. Gameplay and commentary. The gameplay allows us to watch cool fights with interesting combos. The commentary gives us relatable things to listen to. There is no big difference. Between pre and post commentary.

It’s just not as immersive, with the actual button inputs it makes things more interesting, if you’re doing commentary over pre recorded footage then that takes the interesting factor out.

@@mountainman3353 No but you can hear the inputs and see him with the controller actually looking at the screen and playing the game, so not to be rude either, but the point is immensely valid and there is a pretty big difference between the pre and post commentary. Post commentary there isn’t a focus on the fight or whats currently happening besides a few quips here and there when someone lands, with him playing during it just makes it a lot more interesting. Like the bit at the end of this video where the other guy stamped him and he was a lil heated about it? If he was commentating on it after recording the video, the reaction wouldn’t have been as genuine because he was already there and already did it. Essentially it’s just the reaction to everything, “WHAAAAT HOW DID HE EVEN LAND THAT SHIT?” Vs: “Aaaand he hits me with an overhead there, that’s tough, anyways as I was saying..”

Maybe the reason you can’t block when you opponent tecs out of a combo is cause of increased frames, since your lockdown frames are increased after wording a move. Idk just a guess

I hard the reason it's first to 2 is to try to equalize the ranks. As unlimited matches made it so people could farm infinite points off weaker opponents. making it so some people were in higher ranks they didn't belong in. Making the gaps between players of the same rank much larger then it should have been otherwise. this is also the reason u get less points for fighting someone of a different rank.
