The Power of introspection: Why I prefer to reflect before I meditate.

Introspection in bhakti isn't just spiritual fluff.
It's the hard work of facing yourself, your mindset and motivations. It requires us to go beyond external labels and recognition.
Peeling back layers of ego to find what's real.
Without it, we risk turning devotion into a show, missing the whole point of connecting with something greater.
