With in the first 6 mins of talking you find out he had a leg up on everyone with his great aunts husband who had a large real estate portfolio, put him to work to learn construction and made him General contractor by 17 years old and he made $1million dollars.

Great channel and needs to go viral. Not a Jew but the stories are fascinating/inspiring. Love the style of informalities and more conversational. However, check interrupting the guest or guessing their thought. Hard to balance conversational format and depth of lessons you are looking for. I think your channel could be one of the greatest. I’m only 6 min in and I have some advice for the two interviewers. Let the man speak. God gave you just one mouth but He gave you two ears, So you should Listen twice as much as you speak. You keep interrupting the man while he is teaching you and telling you his story.

So, if that guy had a 19k salary a year he was making big money. A new car cost 2500. So imagine being paid 250k a year now because that's enough to buy a small 2500sq house
