This interview was fantastic. Markie’s journey from local news to national correspondent is cool and fun to hear. Her determination and resilience are something we can all learn from... and so is the most important point of all...be kind!

Really love the perspective that style is everywhere. When I hear style I immediately think of clothes, so this definitely made me think differently. And for anything these days to offer something new, or something to help people think differently, is onto something special. Well done so far 👏🏻

@thehouseofstyle were you nervous interviewing an interviewer?!
@thehouseofstyle16 күн бұрын
Wow, super thoughtful question. Thank you for asking. Yes, I definitely thought about that ahead of time and then after. Surprisingly, during it I was totally fine and wasn't nervous. Especially after we wrapped, I kept replaying the questions I asked in my head and how the convo was flowing. Overall, I was really happy with the episode!

Wow. many women raise children without a "village"..so dramatic 😅😅😅
@thehouseofstyleАй бұрын
I wouldn't say her, her husband, and a nanny for half the day is a "village"... especially when you consider the schedules involved. I know far more people who do way less on normal schedules with way more help. Regardless, it's not our style to judge others on their parenting OR what they feel they're experiencing, and we encourage everyone not to either.
