A wonderful interview with DR. Beckwit and Dr. Orloff perfect Peace and freedom IN MY Spirit. Surrender to my son Terrell passing and Mourning and Griefing and allow myself to surrender to my Emotions and not allow them to control me. surrender to and let God. Thank you so much for this message. I started cleaning and got angree as my partner was not helping out at that time, became grumpy and went for a walk. By coincedence I started listening to this audio. Message strucj me which explained the meaning of cleaning. Now I am walking back with a smile on my face, letting go of all expectations towards my partner regarding household and 'must do's' and happy to do some cleaning of space, energy and emotion just by vacuming and arranging my clasit. I went to a group gathering today and suddenly felt drained so badly that I thought I might have some medical crisis coming on! Today is my birthday and I wanted to relax, take a bath, have a massage and do dinner! Instead, I literally went home and collapsed an slept for hours. I was drained-I knew it...but I could not distinguish who in the room I was absorbing (or maybe there was more than one). I got so discouraged....this is something I just cannot seem to figure out. I read Emotional Freedom, follow you pretty closely and am really starting to become discouraged about going out into public.
