I love how the universe stacks up all the signs and lessons I needed. I know this session is older but it came to me today at the right time . Love it. I feel that the statement "if I can do it anyone can" has the potential to be hurtful. We aren't aware of where anyone else is but ourselves. We don't know what type of resources they have. We don't know where they are mentally. We don't know where they are in their journey. By saying that you are placing expectations on others. Thank you for that video. Honestly said, i am now in the same situation like you were, but not because of a break up but other issues. I moved to another city all alone without knowing someone and i am also afraid of being alone. I do not drink but i vape.
