Thanks for introducing Trey to us. This was indeed a tremendous " Barbershop Talk!" Appreciated Trey being vulnerabale to tell his story and it was an incredibly inspiring discussion. Trey' s point on "keep moving to better exprees your emotion and growth" was very spot on! Also, good Trey did not allow the opinion of others to stop him from his desire to instruct yoga at the Hot Room...many people would have missed the opp to know Trey and benefit from him - a powerful lesson.
