For example. In Virgo ascendant, Moon is in 3rd house and Mars is in 4th house. So it forms Neech Bhanga Raj Yoga, or it doesn't form because of Mars in 4th house forming mangalik yog.

Libra Ascendant Saturn present, 12th house Virgo Venus present and Mahadasha is going on of Venus. So is there a Neechbhanga Yoga and can we wear Opal or White Zircon .

I don't know aap ne yeh baat kyu ni mention kari ke neech bhang raj yog bhale baad main acche ya sarvashresht results de koi insaan ke life main, lekin first part of life toh jhand hoti hi hai- areas of life pertaining to the debilitated planet. Neech ke negative effects toh experience karni hi padti hai.... Phir jaake baad main, second half of life main the bhang happens after having peling the victim like papad.

There are more criteria. 1. If the debilitated planet is exalted or in own sign in navamsha, it is neech bhang 2. If the lord of the sign in which debilitated planet becomes exalted, is in Kendra from moon or Lagna, neech bhang happens. Ex. If moon debilitated, then if lord of Taurus(because moon exalted here) Venus is in Kendra from Lagna or moon, cancellation happens. I am sure there are more. More astrologers I listen to, more rules I learn, so I wonder sometimes where every rule is coming from. Anyway it seems like in 90% of cases there neech bhang. 😄👍 Also not every neech bhang creates a raj yog combination. This is very important to note, so people don’t get false hopes. Ordinary neech bhang means Debi.planet will not cause too much issues and will give you resources to fight off negativity, but still have to fight. Neech bhang raj yog can be a good fortune blessing wherever it is occurring.

yes , basically look the debilitation at the nakshatra level. The sun is not actually debilitated in full libra but in swati only. Sun will give good results in vishaka and makes you laser focused as long as you have morals.
