There will always be people who are criticizing you, no matter what you do. But this also means that there will for sure be individuals who appreciate you and who you inspire. And if you can inspire just one person, if just one person enjoys in your creation, isn't it worth it? I think it totally is.

Even if that one person is yourself, the most meaningful of all.

The problem is we get used to the ones who enjoy our work or creation and as a result we end up taking them for granted. It's a lot like when you get tons of good comments on a social media post but there's that one hateful comment that just kills all of the good ones you received.

That's the attitude I have with my KZbin channel. If I can inspire just one person to live a better life and reflect on existence I am a happy camper. But honestly if no one watched my videos I feel like I inspire/help myself in attempting to inspire/help others. That's the beautiful thing about creating.

Damn, this is such an old video but god damn this was so helpful to me. I felt like if I was meant to watch this at this exact point of my life. I don’t wanna get into my personal life and into why this was so helpful to me, I’m just trying to say a very sincere thank you. It really hit me.

It took me a very long time for me to feel comfortable putting my art and myself out to the world especially with something like music. I think the reason why I am still going now and will probably going on with my art for a very long time is because I feel that the pain of not expressing myself is greater than the pain of rejection. The perseverance has put me in a spot where I actually make a bit of income from music streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music), which is a great sign because it makes me believe that I am not alone in my thoughts. More importantly, it has connected me with a lot other friends who do art who have similar feelings/outlooks towards life. Art has really made my life better in the sense that it is giving my life meaning in a way that a lot of material things can't do. Anyways, beautiful video. I look forward to binge watching a lot of the videos on this channel and subbing! I would love to see more videos about philosophies or beliefs concerning art or music. :)

I can’t express how much I needed to hear this. As an artist myself being true to myself is something that I, not only struggle with but also not sure what it means to. For anyone out there create it for you and create with vulnerability. Free yourself and submit to your inner creativity, the world needs it. The world needs you. You need you. I’ll try and do the same. Thank you for this beautiful video. 🫰🙏
