what is the difference between medium and large? at which point in the plate carrier does the size change?

The medium has a platebag for medium sized SAPI plates, which are 9,5 x 12,5 inches, and the large SAPI is sized 10,12 x 12,25 inches

I don't know any soldier that uses warrior. Can you tell me which countries use this in the service? not hating really asking. :)

Almost every country has soldiers who are using Warrior a lot, it's not issued but bought personally. For example the Dutch Pathfinders are wearing the Coyote colored Recon a lot.

Take a look at the channel „Valgear“ you’ll find your answers there about „soldiers“ using this platecarrier, seems like you didn’t serve much otherwise you’d have seen this carrier and Warrior gear everywhere
