🙏🏻What do I see from where I stand? We've gotten so far away from pure non-contrived art creations. Oh it's a sea of Circus and carnival attractions. The overwhelming majority of art has become perfected productions within narrow polished proven boundaries. Jargon designed for commerce viability. Fantastic shows are just fantastic shows? When a music composition has touching depth. You're owned by it. Even where it's only a tinkling piano and vocals. You find yourself singing it alone. And you don't miss a thing of it's power of introspection. it moves you to open up and flower. Music Art of richness in genuine depth elevates humanity cohesively, insidiously by attrition just out of the exposure. There's no amount of grove or polish that touches full fledged authenticity. There's nothing to buy into. And it owns you from the first note. There's so many creating so much obtrusive polish of every flavor and it is the result of intense work, application, and discipline. Still....There's a kinda Trampling backdrop of take away. Right down to war like chant in fashion. It's typical with our audio visual productions that saturate our environments as well as common place. The little house on the prairie is an almost forgotten consideration. Where humane continuance being the mitt-mark of common civility is the center of expressional intent. The love boat was shipped out to sea. And Housewives were brought in. Where conversations are typical to lips being stuffed with fat. And appointments for anal bleaching's? Kojack's subject criminals... were like J walkers in comparison to actual present real life criminals. Everyone is on the hunt for an argument about some one else being responsible. For what they themselves make out of their own lives. Well...what's supposed on the outside and what's comparable and measurable to envy over anyway conjured it's made to fit? Ha. But by now isn't it that everyone should realize. Without learning the hard way. That life escapes no one and equally so in weight. Ha there's not much more to point to in principle. Except both science and math don't rule out some quantity of possible pre-meditated actualizations to kick start or nurture downwards results. Can you rule this out in the presence of the technology we now have in our grasp? Not by a long shot would I bet against this possibility. It's a very different accruement than considered for possible protection from. That's isn't viewed as archaic. Happenstance or not, It's not just happening, it's happened to almost a tipping point? I didn't try to think this up. After a long enough time. It thinks you. Fire burns so we keep our hands out of it. You can't put your pinky toe in the water and not feel the wet in your head. It's simply no small thing.

Never been into processed and packaged foods. I eat when hungry usually once or twice a day. Sometimes my first meal is at 3pm. I shunned meat too and became a vegetarian with chronic blood sugar and iron deficiency issues. I now eat grassfed meat about once every week and eat more clean eggs now. Little to no chicken. Rarely grains or legumes or dairy except butter. I feel fantastic eating fresh fruits, nuts n seeds, and veggies with red meat, ocean shrimp, and fish honey.

Form and sound, if you master the sound you havee mastery over the sound also, this is called: Mantra. 43:35 Mantra mean you learn to arrange the sound i an ceratin sense of geometrical perfection. Geometrical perfection means geometrical coherence, if you sit to the side, you will not last more than 1 hours, needs to be in geometry alligned to last. Sound and form are 2 manifestation of the same thing. There is Mantra and Yantra, with sound you build a machine. The temple is a yantra, deides.
