I have been a believer since I was 17 and many times in life I have I’ve gotten super close to God and then fell away because of sin and back-and-forth and back-and-forth. August 11 I stopped sinning and I got help and focusing 100% on God but my life just keeps on getting worse and I don’t know where He is. As of next week, I will be homeless. I am so quick to isolate myself in fear of being seen and to protect myself. It’s a bad habit/ conditioning I’ve been doing since I was 8 years old. To the point I don’t even know how to stop or often times don’t even know that I’m doing it. I love people; I just don’t trust them. How does one find a partner let alone someone to do life with. I’ve lived in disaster… in the trash for decades thinking that’s where I belong and safe. I don’t want to be alone anymore-and yet I can’t imagine…in vision that someone would want to be for me to help me get closer to my purpose and or calling. I’m that person for others trying to live in good favor with God ….to have someone be there for me…it couldn’t be possible?! As a damaged and broken vessel- I cannot afford to put my trust into someone else’s hand…if I fall or fail this time….I don’t think I will be able to get back up again! Thank you Lord for Pastor Mike. This is a powerful message. I came here expecting a message on relationships ( I wanted to hear the Lord's word on relationships. The culture conception of them I've heard has put me in torment) I got more than I expected. I pray Lord that you will give me the partners you desire in my life and continue to mould me into the partner you desire me to be. Many of us in this season think what we need is a romantic relationship when in truth, non-romantic friends and companions are just as important. I also pray for my friends who are in complex places in their lives. Take them out.

This has been on my mind for bout a month now.. I’ve recently relocated and haven’t came across my tribe yet or people for purpose. I met a group at a church I visited first but they were very lukewarm and not the right company for me. The scriptures “walk with wise and become wise; walk with foolish and get in trouble” and “bad company corrupts good character” popped into my head when deciding to depart from those people. It was on my spirit heavy so I know the Holy Spirit is dealing with me about being in the right company 🙏🏾
