I recently learned of the power of the original opening power with Black Clover. When that song began to play in the Season Finale Fight, DAAAAM!!! Hype aside, this is the most EDGE LORD GUNDAM I’ve ever seen!! Really like it!!

a cheap glass file from the drug store only lasted me through two MGs (big ones tho, sinanju and stein) before it got uneven/smoothed. I have had the GP razor for almost a year, and have used it on every grade (EG, HG, RG, MG, and even a PG kit) and it still hasn't smoothed out yet. the immediate quality is very similar but overtime a file with better glass/etching will last longer.

I would be happy if they reworked this kits in a "A wakening of the trailblazer" HG way instead of just recicling the old clunky HG Exia Handgrenade. Even the HG 00 still today feels as an awesome HG kit.

0:20 I have a rebuttal to that claim. BULL. SHIGHT. There are several fights in the build series that are just as good if not better than this one. The main problem with this fight is that the majority of the difficulty of the fight is almost entirely due to Chairman Mashita rigging the fight Mind controlling Yuuki Turning the Exia into the Dark Matter Adding other fighter's techniques Changing the field Increasing the embody output as the fight dragged on. Etc. Meanwhile the fight with the Wing Gundam Fenice is just better cuz it's both people giving it their all in an honest duel between mentor and mentee.

Eh, I disagree, the Fenice vs. Star Build Strike was a better battle for me. The Master vs. Pupil aspect was more appealing, and it ended in a satisfying draw with both of their Gunpla getting wrecked, rather than have a cop-out victory for Sei and Reiji. Runner up fight for me would be Meijin III vs. Julian. It was nice to see a crack in Meijin's persona, in that for the first time, he was afraid he couldn't win against the one person he's never beaten until now.

That episode... I watch it more than 6 times already. Manliest fight in all of 4 Build series, imo. The draw as the match result and what the three did after the match makes it even better. They resumed fixing their gunplas together like nothing happened. 😊

I had similar issues with that chest/shoulder armor always falling out when moving the arms. The other issue I have seen with the HG Exia variants is that the rifle never wants to sit in the hand nicely. The swords also don't want to stay on the hips since they are just barely holding on with pressure. It still looks awesome thou (doubt I will ever get the MG version) even with all the issues.

Gunprimer and Dspiae imo. But if you just wanna try it out you can just grab a glassfile from a drugstore. To clean them just pour some running water on them then dry them.

I love the Exia to death, but it sure has gotten the short end of the stick when it comes to both HG and MG kits. Even the RG has it's shortcomings, though out of the three it is the best. I'll never buy another Exia unless it's the PG, because every single other model of it has let me down so much. Here's hoping that the upcoming Virtue MG box has an Exia easter egg on it like the other suits have had for each other.

The Build Fighters series was really awesome haha. When I first started building in 2018 I saw the Build Fighters kits and was not into the gunpla at all and stuck with IBO and 00. Than I decided to actually watch the show recently and am now mad I didn't get into the Build Fighters kits when they were more readily available haha.

The Gunprimer Raser is pricey, but for what it does I consider it worth it for me. It removes nubs near perfectly (depending on the plastic), cleans clear parts perfectly, and makes OOB builds much faster and helps me get to customizing much faster

To preface this, I love BF, BFT, and BFRR… but BFT taps into the original opening theme in such a more impressive way for so much of a better fight. It’s certainly not a fight that lasts an entire episode but Yuuma and Fumi get SUCH terrific showings in the episode that the final fight almost feels secondary. Loved the review as always man.

At least bandai used the r2 as the base kit but anyone else find it weird they used a ball joint hip but still have a swivel at the thigh, season 2 00 kits already have a universal joint so would it have been that hard to update the old exia kit, it's like they updated it but still wanted to remind us this was an older kit

Having built the OG HG Exia I can say it's not that bad the worse thing about it is really the color innaccuray as it doesn't have colored clear parts or proper colored stickers to go under the clear parts and the damn beam saber is molded in white so you have to paint the beam and theres no beam effects for the beam sabers on the Exia itself
