The torah leads us to understand that G-d controls everything. The closer we are to him, the less importance we ascribe to ourselves, and the more power we have to fight our yetzer hara. Every bodily lust and desire stems from foolishness, so a tzaddik loves torah and hashem, much more than a rasha loves the pleasures of this world, because the spiritual pleasure of living the torah correctly is far greater than what our bodies can feel. The desire for a man to spill his seed is the most powerful lust he has to overcome, so when he succeeds in this, automatically he can overcome his lust for everything else. Also when you preserve your seed you are physically and mentally stronger, and overall in a better mood most of the time. Tikkun Haklali is like the medication you need to slowly purify your soul from this horrible lust, and the doctor is rebbe nachman, who was the best soul doctor the world has seen in a long time.

i paid attention carefully to the hole video and I can't believe there is so much truth to every single negative chain reaction that comes out of not guarding ones hollines by watching the bris it is just a complete step by step chain that occur to me and others like me... I'm completely broken in my soul that I couldn't take before this kind of words, this truths and advice that many tall me, and out of stubbornness by the evil inclination refused to take this advice. there is no other way to happiness that being at pease whit G-od by simply doing good to your self and having self-control being​ pure. the damage is done for some... but is worth it to try it to "fix it" whit the tikun haklaly... with love thank you.
