Reminds me of when I was four years old, walking with my dad in the park, stepping through all the puddles with my new wellies. We got to one puddle and I just stopped and didn’t step in. My Dad started pressuring me, ‘go on step in the puddle, why not this puddle Leila’ I said no again but he wouldn’t stop pressuring me and so I eventually gave in and stepped in it. Lo and behold, there was actually a hole underneath the water and I fell in up to my neck in water. My Dad was too narcissistic to see the lesson in it or apologise or anything, but that memory always stuck with me, reminding me of my inner power. Proof that that gut feeling inner knowing exists. (Not that I need proof lol) Got to tune into that vibe more and more!! 🎉

Funny enough I was thinking about increasing my confidence this week. Your comment brought my previous thoughts to mind. Great video. Sonia has such a unique approach to opening to intuition. I liked the part about the throat chakra opening up connects you with your heart.
