0:28 One of my most beautiful memories: On December 25, 2021, in the evening alone in the room, I took part in a candle meditation for a loved one who was between life and death. I had no expectations because I hadn't meditated until then. But I suddenly felt the sadness of others without feeling sadness myself. A feeling of deep gratitude rose from my chest. Then I became aware of a presence behind me to the right. A very gentle hand placed on my right shoulder. From this place I felt an infinitely strong, beautiful, warming, healing feeling of security. And the next moment I knew that this is the unconditional love that we feel before we are born and after we leave our earthly life. Because I could remember it. I hadn't felt this feeling until that point and haven't felt it since. ❤-Greetings from Austria

So blessed found you Lee ,saying it so we get it thankyou ❤ This is helpful exept im in a twinflame relationship and were seperate so this energy is real hard to deal with ,im a rmt and i literally carnt send energy or do this exorcise as i need to keep my energy away from him even thoughts ...especially thoughts to create equilibrium...im finding this so hard im.an indigo child lifetimr of trauma abuse ,funny personality tho not a victim but tired ( 54 ) i took 7 years out to heal alone in a room ..got to a good place met my person was beyond hsppy last Christmas, then he ran .then awakening isolated suicidal dying of boredom no job no people ,him.running ...im not learning from this Lee ,if they wanted to see me survive alone with nothing but trauma ive done it many times ,i dint get why flashbacks ( i already have cptsd ) of stuff ive MOVED PAST come back to purge ...it happens ...it ends the next day ...has anything changed ...no _ has the memory gone ? no exactly tje same if i choose to think i can if nit its fine so why the reminders ? I speak to my guides since this happened i dont trust anymore .ide live you to answer this ,ide also love to come to see you in London im in Hackney the best part ❤Thankyou
