Google Reviewer Yep. I had heterosexual parents. They’re were some of the most neglectful and abusive people I ever met. 100s of 1000s are children are in foster care due to straight abusive parents. Studies have shown that gay parents raise children on average that are more well adjusted than children with straight parents. In any case, children shouldn’t languish in foster care and sent out on the streets, if there’s loving families. One 17 foster kid in the news said he wanted parents and didn’t care if they were gay or straight. He just wanted someone to love him.

I once saw a woman with the most adorable little girl, 4 years old. I commented on how adorable her daughter was. She said she was her foster daughter daughter and had been with her since birth. She said, she is available for adoption, you should look into it. It bothered me so much. This was the only home this liitle one had known, just say thank you when someone comments on your "adorable" child. I gaurantee in the child's mind she is thrilled that people think they are family, that she has a real mum. To have this public reminder and worse, this woman telling people she is available to be taken from this, her only known home and family, so casually, will leave its mark. Wether meant as uncaring, it will feel that way.
