I have experienced a lifetime of suffering. Just like everybody else. However, last night, around 9 pm, after watching Knowledge Words faithfully for about 10 months, and implementing these recommendations, I was able to walk down the street, locked in a quiet vacuum of stillness, and hear the people laughing, see the leaves moving. The realization was secure, the cosmos had become stable..... it had come upon me. There was nothing in my mind. My mind was empty but the space was full. The realization brought excitement, the emotion was rich but subtle. I had been assured many times that it would come. I am now together with you. There is no need for anything. The mind doesn't really hear the positive words or negatives of stop, start, do, don't etc. Speak the words and they become a wish, so speaking for example of corruption/wrong/bad is wishing for more, which is why focus on what we want to achieve and ignore what we no longer wish for. The mind is listening like that, well so is the spiritual side and is exactly how manifestation is done, speak like it's a difinite, the same as you would speak about the sun rising tomorrow, there is no question in your mind it will happen.
