he's become the default yardstick for any universe's power scaling, i feel. When saying, "can he beat Goku tho?" is usually just a joke. But asking "can he beat Homelander?" feels more reasonable, grounded, applies to a lot of things and uses scales and numbers that aren't absolutely cosmic. it also helps make power scaling more fun since everyone loves to hate Homelander, where if god forbid someone beats goku the entire DB fandom loses its mind

@dominickeijzer58448 күн бұрын
Debatable. Nobody knows if the 10 actually means anything, even though it's heavily implied he has predecessors. Nobody knows if the theoretical previous 9 are alive, or if they're stronger. Going by the actor, Sportacus was 40 at the time and his predecessors would be even older, possibly in and over their 70s given how Sportacus seems to have been training Stephanie to be number 11. I doubt they'd keep the same fitness in such advanced age, if they're even still alive.
@stm78107 күн бұрын
yeah, by his own words he's a slightly above average hero, not even super. Lazy town is just a stronger earth.
@d4n73712 күн бұрын
... Also the guy lifted an entire pyramid with nothing but a grappling hook. I keep reminding people of that. Lazy Town's world is very cartoony so a lot of those feats stem from the world's physics being flexible, making it questionable how far you can get with number crunching, but still... He lifted an entire building like it was a paper weight.
@leonardorolingstella855411 күн бұрын
And he tossed an apple at the moon. It landed in under 10 seconds meaning it was moving at least 10% light speed, or more specifically 12.8%. He would have to be moving that fast to launch the apple that far. In addition, based on the kinetic energy formula KE=mv^2, and the assumption that an apple weighs about 180 grams, this would mean the apple struck with a force of 31.8 kilotons of tnt. That is more than twice as strong than Hiroshima. TLDR: Sportacus can move over 12% the speed of light and can destroy Hiroshima twice over.

We shouldn't include the mass of gifts in Santa's bag. Santa demonstraits no feats of strength other than lifting that bag, thus Occam's Razor would indicate the bag's obvious magic also negates the weight of items within it as well as their volume. Which in turn implies the bag is merely a portal to a pocket dimension much like the Bag of Holding from D&D.
