Actually many filipinos are doing this before decades ago there was a tv station singing contest called doblekara, its not just the voice, even the costumes are half man half woman, it was pretty funny, but this guy tops them all..

It's all in a person's vocal chords. I can do seventeen different voices. The muscles near the vocal chords have to adjust a certain way so a person's voice can convert to a different tone, volume, pitch, sound, and vibration. Because when singing you have to have a vibrado on certain notes.
