I was always taught that Israel was the bride, we are the body of Christ with Christ as the head, The Head gathers his body at the Gathering Together (rapture). Christ joins the bride (Israel) later, help me out here.... thanks

Tithing predates the law. Tithing was initiated by Melchizedek and abraham. Christ is the high priest from the order of melchizedek. It was from the covenant of faith. Well we are the descendants of abraham and heirs.
