The Presence and Glory of God as Described in the Bible

The Creator of the heavens and earth certainly is to great to be contained in one place such as a temple on earth. What was God's purpose in showing Himself entering the Temple of Solomon and then leaving it in the prophecy of Ezekiel? The New Testament gives even greater and more urgent meaning to the glory and presence of God.
