@wayamaya I agree. Rock isn’t really at the fore front in popularity nowadays, so of course they are as appreciated by the masses. However, I don’t think they are underrated because they do get lots of praise within rock scope of things...at least I think so. I mean they get pretty heavy rotation of rock stations.

@@savagewaitersI strongly suggest looking outside the US for great vocal talent. Nightwish, Amaranth, and Within Temptation have amazing female vocalists. Floor Jansen of Nightwish is actually a trained opera singer (and my god her and Marko Hetalia singing Ava Maria is gorgeous) if you want something a bit slow Nightwish's Lanternlight just came out and is very sedated, Ghost Love Score is a bit faster paced and louder but let's her show off her vocal range. Amaranth is an unusual mix as it's a trio of vocalists with clean male/female vocals and harsh male vocals on most songs with a few exceptions like "endlessly" which is just Elize singing and was written by their guitarist and songwriter for his wedding. Sharon Den Adel of Within Temptation has an absolutely gorgeous voice without effort that is more on the higher octaves and breathy (kinda weird how most European bands will sound the same in concert and on the album without issue). And if you want a male vocalist that can shame pretty much any living singer with his range Yannis Papadopoulos of Beast in Black has a few songs that could easily be a duet for most people if he didn't have a 7+ octave range and classical opera training (also noticing that a LOT of Finnish and Norwegian bands have vocalist with Opera training.)

I really liked the new album: "Who You Selling For". My favorite songs were: Take Me Down, The Devil's Back and Mad Love. I liked the trippy middle instrumental part of The Devil's Back, and the funk 'n' roll of Mad Love. But I do agree with the people who say a lot of these songs sound like other bands songs. They must have eaten a lot of South Park "Member Berries". But I really like the bands that they are emulating, so this didn't bother me. The important thing is, the songs are very good. This is another great Pretty Reckless album.

It's definitely different.I believe Taylor is trying a different approach. One that says "Hear what I sing and don't pay so much attention to how I look".Also the lyrics although simple they're catchy and I wouldn't be surprised if it's eventually used in some TV show or movie. The influences for this song are quite clear and I personally loved this side of The Pretty Reckless. Can't wait to hear the entire album.

This band is maturing nicely! I love how their sound is consistently evolving. This song really is catchy as hell. Also, even though Taylor is hot as hell, it's nice to see them stepping away from oversexualizing their videos for a change.

Daniel Babineau It's something most female celebrities do, especially those who are in the showbiz since childhood. I guess they to it in order to shock the audience and say "Hey, I'm not that child from blablabla anymore, I've got my own style and personality, I am grown up". Then, when people get the message, celebrities like Taylor or Miley Cyrus start to calm down, they stop being half naked and caring about what people think about them. At this point, their only focus is their career, and that's when they evolve and improve their skills.

@ThePrettyReckless, @TaylorMomsen, Taylor & Co. I found you guys by scrolling YT a while back and this vid popped up. This vid was/is a game changer for me. I had to comment to let you know that you have Much Love coming from me, here in NC .. I love every song that you’ve produced and have them all downloaded to my personal playlist. This genre of Rock that you created yourself and went against the grain, is absolutely incredible. Every song relates to my life in one way or the other. I’m a 61 yr old “Rocker” who grew up in the 70’s which is the decade that set records in the “Sex, Drugs, and Rock & Roll” categories, which will never be broken.. Ever !! The point I’m trying to make here is, that your music will forever prevail the test of time, and will be just like fine wine.. Better as it ages. I love you Tay the and the entire gang that make up “The Pretty Reckless.” A True Fan For Life. I can’t wait to hear your next masterpiece!! 🔥❤️
