@@petergebert4817 Not yet peter. I did go back on several coins history on Trading view platform on several timeframes and confirmed the pattern is consistent. So far in live trading I haven't had the pattern occur while live trading. I only trade 3 hrs. a day though due to career hrs. It's definately useful. Keep in mind that no pattern always plays out. It also affects immediate price action. For example pullback in an uptrend if not a full market trend reversal . If you want success in trading I recommend back testing 95% of your time and only trading when your strategy is determined and refined. Price can do anything. you have to carve out your edge and refine it. It can take years to develop and refine a strategy that works for you and gives you consistent profit with negligible drawdowns.

He is simply talking about the rising and falling wedge. Go down to the lowertimeframe and mark out the patterns. One big bullish candle and the inside candles are actually a LTF pattern. In his lateste video, he says that don't trust wedges, but here he is using the same. That tower top or bottom consolidations are actually two patterns which is followed by a breakout candle. Come one bro!

I swing trade for overnight or a few days maybe a week. Do I need to use anything other than the daily? I know very little about technical analysis. Hi, question for you ya might have answer to or be able to help translate. Trying to follow concept here re the pivot points, but price on tradingview for an instrument is very different to price for the same instrument on my MT5 platform. so for example, when the market's closed as it's easier to see and am trying to set up trading plan for the coming week. but I can see tradingview price for nasdaq is 14528.35 at market close compared to 14565.50 on my charts. A difference of 37.15, or 3715 points. also the price action is quite different on a per candle basis. similar but not the same. any ideas how we can translate the charts so they're both speaking the same langusge?
