Thank you for the quality of this video! One of the best we've seen! Aww, up until Frank won as a bit of static interference.

This episode here would mark the final time when Card Game was played under the 1983 rules ($2,000 bid and $500-$1,000 special decks, 2 each) and by this point, the split screen on this game when it came to the reveal was done away with. Also they used the MRRP (bass buzzer) sound for this loss on an overbid, which I don't understand why later in the 90s they switched sound effects from MRRP to BUZZ (tenor buzzer) that didn't make sense, even though the tenor buzzer was fine for underbids.

Please never stop posting these tidbits. They are so fascinating!

I’m guessing around 1976 to 1992 were the times the Card Game used the split screen back then.

5:05 Man! How the HELL could Rita play the Clock Game so badly? Even I could do much better than her! And she was SO close to nailing that $659 price for that TV. BTW, this was one of the rarest occasions that the "Losing Horns" cue was heard when someone waste 30 seconds of even guessing the first prize.

Thanks for your uploads. Any chance you have a better quality version of the 11/26/1991 episode you uploaded earlier as well?
Now that was rare, usually they would use the regular buzzer for a loss in this pricing game. I do believe this fell into the category of some other games, like 1 Right Price, Double Prices, and Hi Lo, where Money Game for 1985 episodes would also use the foghorn as well.
