My mom watched this when she was in high school (graduated in 1959). Where Lucille Grant lived, this aired on WJAR Ch 10.

Vaughn Monroe speaks for RCA. 25:50- Caroline O'Connor later spoke for Standard Brands in the mid-1960's {primarily for Chase & Sanborn coffee and Blue Bonnet margarine}.

That showcase was the reason GSN never aired the first 4 episodes. The earliest they aired was the 10/28/57 episode.

Were you referring to the PRIZE called "The Beauty of the Orient?" That was a prize, not a showcase.

I just looked on Wikipedia, They ceased operations on November 7th, 2001 and the operations transferred to Delta Air Transport which later became SN Brussels Airlines.
