I love watching these, particularly the products. Every now and again there will be a product or brand, long defunct, that brings back good (or bad) memories. Growing up in the 70s and early 80s was a treat....then the world went to hell in a handbasket LOL.

I agree 100% with you sir I was a child of the 1970s and eighties things were a lot simpler back then we went outside to play we watch cartoons and we also had respect for one another

@@juanratliff9000 sounds pretty boring. I’ll stick with my technology and just reminisce about the old days. But no people didn’t just “get along” and be nice to each other. There was lots of abuse and stigma back then, so I don’t know what you’re talking about.😅

Looks like an original home recording from a mid 70's model VCR. At the time these devices were very expensive to purchase at $1500 or more. Thanks for preserving and uploading.

At the beginning of the video, you can see it was recorded off Game Show Network, which didn't debut until 1994. It also says "Game Show Network" in the bottom left corner of the screen the entire episode.

I'm glad they updated Bullseye so they don't start the target so high. If you got only 1 chance then what does it matter? My guess is the reason contestants get up to 3 chances is that it would take longer to explain the concept of 1 shot being closest.

14:56 - A rare time of seeing Anitra and Janice reversed in the Danger Price Game. 16:46 and 16:48 - those two ladies were going for the "unisex" haircut style. 25:48 - a 1972 original! 34:28 - haha

Well, those were intersting early rules for Bullseye. Obviously, the game was much harder, and she would've won under the current rules. How many more playings did it have before settling for the $5-6 target range & any shot hitting the target qualifying for the hidden bullseye? I can see people confusing this game for Grocery Game in its early days. But, at least Bob never used "arrows in your quiver" in his description.
@Tubewings6 жыл бұрын
They changed it to the $5-$6 Bullseye in the game's 11th playing on the November 11, 1976 episode. I assume they changed it to any target being eligible for the hidden Bullseye at the same time as well.
