We have an abundance of wildlife in the Arizona desert whereIlive. I would love to go there and a guide would be ok. I've encountered North American bison in Yellowstone National Park but most of the elk I've seen were on National Forest lands. The Jaguars were mostly hunted out by ranchers but they're making a slow comeback in Arizona. I'm glad the European Bison are coming back. Any stores about the birth of white bisons in Poland? It's a big deal amongst Native Americans.

@@jasonvandenhoek6424 Great. Went on a guided tour with a few friends. Without a guide you are not allowed to enter the most protected areas. When booking we got a few questions about what we are most curious about, and they matched us up with a suitable guide. Some know more about the plants, some more about fungi etc. But i guess they all have a lot of general knowledge about the forest. Super interesting forest and well worth to visit. Not a true wilderness experience though. You stick to the trails, have to get out before night (i think) etc. It's most of all interesting to see how forests around in europe could have looked like.

@@5kunk157h35h17 thank you for the information. I think i take one day a guide and the second day a walk alone. I've heard that there is an information point at the village.

Sad to hear that You are not allowed to enter to forest without guide or permission. Happy to live on Finland. I can freely camp and visit basically everywhere.

Good question. Could be because it's an old vieo and they are just now increasing in number.
