You've piqued my desire to pay a personal visit. The Village shown here is far more colorful and lovely than I remember from the small screen of a black and white television. I love the various ways they paid homage to McGoohan and his unforgettable production. Be seeing you!

Absolutely great. I really enjoyed this. I visited Portmeirion myself last year after watching The Prisoner for the first time. It completely bowled me over in terms of how unique and original it was; way ahead of its time. Walking around Portmeirion was a great experience and discovering many of the places from the series. Watching your wonderful video only brought it all back to me. It's a place that I'm sure I'll visit again very soon.

Very well done indeed. You managed to make reference to many of the episodes. The photos of the village are very nice, I have no idea how you managed to take them without tourists. Perhaps fewer people know its significance these days. Thank you for a delightful upload.

Julian Barnes thank you very much for your lovely comment. I'm so pleased you enjoyed it. @@Theladytravels I am going to enjoy another episode tonight. My husband is home and he has grown fond of The Prisoner as well. I am going to follow your recommendation and watch: The Girl Who Was Death tonight. If you haven't done so, please do come join Lord Doomcock and his merry Dominions for Friday Night Frolics every Friday at around 530pm CST (I know it is a bit late in the UK... 1130pm I think). Brilliant! Very well done. I would say more, but that would be telling. :) I did a similar thing years ago taking all the episode titles and using them to narrate a poetic rendition of Barnabas Collins from "Dark Shadows," a contemporary show to McGoohan's Prisoner. Fun stuff. Thanks for making and sharing. Be seeing you. P.S. - my wife came in as I was playing this and was sure I was listening to Jodie Whittaker as the new Dr. Who - then she was wondering what the Doctor was doing in the Village?!! :) Now there's a crossover for you.
