Bhiya as per section 374(2) agar kisi ko bhi agar 7yrs se zada ka conviction hota hai to the person can directly appeal to High court and, and if an Assistant Session Judge passes a sentence for less than 7 years the appeal would generally lie to the Sessions Court. 58:34
