I’ve only heard of D3 Nation podcast because I wrestled D3 for Otterbein University for 5 years 2017-2022 and wanted to hear our team get shouted out. The guys there do a good job imo balancing the coaching with their podcast. It’s a tough balance fs

Thanks guys for answering my question, I am Greg. Few things about todays show: I am 46 and I definitely think that older people think of press as the old school press, but the truth is the younger generation is definitely more in tune with podcasts, especially yours. And you 2 are growing the sport WAY MORE than any other outlet. I mean, you guys have had the biggest names in wrestling on your podcast, and you guys ask real questions and not just the same crap questions that every other show does. If you were pranking the sport that would be one thing, but you guys are the most viewed wrestling sport show out there, if that doesn't make you media, i dont know what does. Remember that back in the day the UFC wasnt even considered a sport by "sports media" and now they are the fastest growing sport on the planet. Meaning as you continue to grow, at some point the old guard will eventually be forced to take notice and just admit that podcasts are the truest form of media. And you 2 are leading the way for the sport of wrestling, and thanks for that. Take care and God bless

Unpopular opinion: there are plenty on D3 teams in Wisconsin that would mop the floor with ranked D1 teams. Do some research on D3 before you hate Crosby.

Yeah...he said keep it the same for TEAM State. D3 would lose 8 of 10 matches vs D1 for.. So many reasons. We'll get to see now. Top 5 D2 amd D3 teams move up. So the 5 best in D3 will be in D1 if they're as goos as you say....they'll become D2, then D1.

When I wrestled in Indiana they only had one division. Private and public school all combined. I also wrestled in Texas and it was all one division. But Texas does separate private and public school at the state tournament

I like the podcast…BUT…Not a fan of Crosby dissing D3/D2 Wisconsin. Many of those champs are wrestling next year for the Gophers and Badgers. 4X Hopke, 3X Ingham and 4X Johnson who beat their D1 opponents in big matches during their careers. Sorry they grew up in a small town. Crosby did you even make state your senior year in HS?
