A lot of the old abilities are actually becoming super dookie because of the new M1 system. I also agree with you that they should not have a cooldown for different modes for moves. I think they should make all the stands have a set amount of moves, 4-5 attacks each mode, an awakening and an evasive with a long cooldown. They could still put twists on them but test them ALOT. I think one of the most balance stands they have made is Crazy Diamond not gonna lie. It has a lot of moves but not a lot of combo potential to balance it out.

Well yeah. He has a reason to. That can lead to unbalances, and it can push away other stands that don't have many moves. It will all be fair if they all had around the same number of moves, it's fair.
