The Big Island is split in half by its volcanoes; the Kona side is a desert (miles of cooled lava with dry grass every few feet) and the Hilo side is the crazy rainforest. In other words, had the creators made Hawaii more accurately, we would've had a desert map 4 years before Kuwait.

I still enjoy Hawaii the most out of every map currently in unturned, the overall tropical theming of the map is one of my favourite aspects of it, I loved the introduction of Aegis, the labrynthian cave systems and tunnels deep below the ground, but I can admit faults when I see them, the loot pool leaves quite a lot to be desired, the sun combined with bloom is the equivalent of throwing seven flash bangs into a pitch black room and staring directly at them all, and when you’ve played through the map a few times, you’ll completely ignore any other location and just bombrush to ranger/military locations for easy high tier loot, and the horrific decision to use compounds butchers the FPS in any location. Thank you for making such an incredible video, I can appreciate someone who’s Chad enough to check out maps with a genuinely critical eye. Keep up the good work!

My favorite part of hawaii was the marine ascpet and the ammount of different marine vehicles. And no one seems to mention the fact that Hawaii is the only map with the gyrocopter and the makeshift raft.

When i play the map i had mix emotions about it because the loot pool was wierd like they were Times where i didnt need food or water cause i easy found it there guns were some hard to take and military places where like the first thing You have to go i found it out to be a Little bit like short when walking around like some places where like ok and some ummmm why is here without loot? The colors doesnt bother me much cause i felt it was ok but god the map was just why that and that i like the map to play but not to go all crazy over it
