He seems very needy at times, the man on the right - like he always needs to be affirmed or complimented or approved. His questions seem odd at times - I can imagine that he takes advantage of this mentorship to some extent by calling constantly or asking endless questions or excessively needing direction for decisions on everything. i think he would be overwhelming as a mentee - because he brings a lot of issues AND he brings an entourage with him to the mentoring table. Maybe I am getting the wrong vibe here, but - I dunno. So - at what point do you stop mentoring someone? or how do you set boundaries on mentorship when a mentee seems *too* needy?
