The process of settlement agreements

Hello I have a question? I was a state employee that was wrongfully terminated. I just had my 1st mediation through the Union. The mediator favored my side. What should I expect. I didn’t have legal representation either but I still won. The employer seemed very adamant about rehiring me too. What’s next or to be expected? Thank you

What type of reference can HR give me if I want to do a settlement agreement with them because how badly they have treated me? What effect does this have on my reference if I have resigned before an agreement has been reached. HR said they don't want to give me a settlement and have launched an investigation into my concerns but I want to resign asap regardless. Thanks
