I was there; it was Reading 1998. The Prodigy were playing their last show on The Fat of The Land Tour on the main stage. The Beastie Boys headlined over The Prodigy & asked them to drop Smack My Bitch Up from their set.

Get this...in the 1990's I was working in Poland. If my Mr's pissed me off in the car I would play Prodigy. This day I am taking my son to school. He said to me Dad who was that music bu!? I said Prodigy. He replied if they come to Poland will you take me? Of course son no prob. 2 day's later Prodigy announced they are playing in Zakopane (300 miles from Warsaw). My son read the ad....so I took a 7yr old kid to Zakopane. He heard and both of us lost our hearing to an epic gig. I heard Spitfire....driving home we were both deaf. Brill gig.

Oh dear!!! The need for this energy release through music and dance is such an important part of existence. That I feel utterly gutted that Keith is no longer with us.
